1. Service scope
Car Garage UAE is the website brand of Car Repair Garage, the mobile and onsite vehicle diagnosis and repair service operator. We do not offer walk in workshop services. Availability depends on the vehicle, fault, location, access, technician capacity, parts and whether the work can be completed safely with mobile equipment.
2. Booking information and access
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, symptom and location details, confirming that you own or are authorised to arrange work on the vehicle, and ensuring lawful access to a safe, level and suitably ventilated working area. Building, parking or community permission remains your responsibility.
Arrival times are estimates and can change because of traffic, weather, parts, earlier jobs or emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to update you if a material delay occurs.
3. Diagnosis, estimates and authorisation
Vehicle symptoms can have more than one cause. A remote description is not a final diagnosis. A callout or diagnostic fee may apply even when no repair is completed. We explain the proposed work and price as clearly as reasonably possible, and additional work requires your approval.
An estimate may change if inspection reveals a different fault, concealed damage, seized components, incompatible parts or another condition that could not reasonably be identified beforehand.
4. Onsite limits and vehicle safety
We may pause, refuse or stop work if the area is unsafe, permission is missing, the vehicle requires workshop equipment, or continued mobile work could cause damage or injury. Recovery or towing may then be recommended and is not included unless expressly agreed.
A vehicle should not be driven when warning lights, tyre damage, overheating, braking faults or other symptoms make driving unsafe. Our website and phone guidance are general information, not emergency services. In an immediate danger, move to safety where possible and contact the relevant emergency or roadside authority.
5. Parts, warranties and customer supplied items
Parts may be original equipment, equivalent or aftermarket depending on availability and your approval. Any applicable warranty will be explained with the service record and may be subject to the manufacturer or supplier’s terms. A warranty does not cover unrelated faults, normal wear, misuse, accident damage, unauthorised changes or a failure to follow reasonable aftercare advice.
We may decline customer supplied parts. If accepted, their suitability, quality and supplier warranty remain the customer’s responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise.
6. Payment, cancellation and callouts
Payment is due using the agreed method when the service is completed or at another time stated in the estimate. If you cancel after a technician has been dispatched, provide an incorrect location, cannot provide access or are not available, a reasonable callout or cancellation charge may apply where disclosed.
7. Responsibility and liability
We are responsible for performing authorised work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre-existing defects, information withheld from us, indirect losses, third party services, or damage caused by continued driving against safety advice.
8. Website, privacy and third party links
Website content is general information and may be updated. Brand, design and original content may not be copied or misused without permission. Third party links and platforms operate under their own terms. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Questions can be raised before booking by calling +971 56 696 8546.
